Each memory tag partition spans kTagFree = 1ULL << kTagShift bytes, whereas kTagMask is 7 * kTagFree. Reject requests with size or alignment exceeding kTagFree in MmapAlignedLocked so RandomMmapHint does not clear tag bits or map across tag partition boundaries. PiperOrigin-RevId: 1003487799
